Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return any part of an order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Goods received out of the 14 days will not be accepted.

Please use the original mailbag provided and take the parcel to your local post office. You will be required to pay for the return postage. 

In the event of faulty items being returned, the cost of postage will be refunded. (Please advise of faulty items as soon as they are received).

Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with the labels still attached and be free from any make up or signs of damage. When returning items we strongly recommend to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
